Security officer Rusty Nails brings suspected thief Serena Santos into the backroom for questioning when his partner Officer Penny Barber decides to join in the interrogation. Serena swears she has nowhere to hide any merchandise so Officer Penny proceeds to submit her to a strip search in which they find an expensive watch hiding in her panties.
